See official inspection report. ACEVEDO <br />While on site, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint. The <br />manager stated they are unaware of the complaint but allowed me to conduct my <br />inspection. In the facility I observed two live roaches near the mop sink area, <br />which contains a back door that does not close properly. I also observed two dead <br />roaches near the dish washer but observed no evidence of roaches inside of the <br />dining area, waitress station or at the chefs preparation line. The facility appears <br />to be inspected by a facility due to the multiple bait traps, however a pest control <br />long was not provided at this time. Advised manager to clean any dead pest, <br />repair back door to ensure vermin do not enter into the facility and to conduct daily <br />deep cleaning at the preparation line. <br />Facility is allowing indoor dining to occur at this time, all staff are observed wearing <br />face masks and practicing social distancing. <br />Official inspection report emailed to bill@hotcakesinc.org. <br />Official inspection report discussed with Eivan Garcia, signature not obtained at <br />this time. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
