RAMIREZ <br />I let the employee know the reason for my call and I let employee know I can email <br />the "Face Covering Guidelines' <br />The employee said he did not have the owner's email. <br />The employee said that the employee will let th owner kmow. <br />I gave my phone number to the employee to give to the owner, if he has any <br />further questions. <br />I received a call back from the owner who said that there rarely are any customers <br />that come to the facility without masks. <br />I let owner know that I can email the "Face Covering Guidelines" and that they can <br />be posted on the door. <br />The owner gave me the cuate_rivera@hotmail.com <br />02/08/2021 I emailed complainant and discussed my actions.9 RAM IREZ <br />5105.rpt <br />Page 1 of 1
