The property's use as agricultural land for over 70 years represents a potential environmental concern
for future residential development. Long-term agricultural use may leave residual pesticide in the soil.
EHD concurs with Advanced Geo recommendation a limited sampling of the surface soil of the subject
parcel to analyze the presence of residual pesticides prior to recordation of final map.
If you have any questions please call Naseem Ahmed, Registered Environmental Health Specialist, at (209)
616-3018.
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: AdvancedGeo
1868 E.
