COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />11:48 am <br />11:15 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: FIVE GUYS MANTECA Date: 04/02/2021 <br />Address: 2140 Daniels ST, MANTECA 95337 <br />Owner/Operator: DALE DOERHOFF Telephone: (209) 923-6106 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0053620 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES IT IS OVER 95 DEGREES IN THIS FACILITY AND IS CONCERNED THAT THEY ARE NOT <br />KEEPING THE FOODS AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />6 drawers cooler/ patties -- Under griddle -- 41.00º F Burger( cooking process0 -- On griddle -- 162.00º F <br />2 D reach in cooler cold hold -- Prep line -- 40.00º F Sliced tomatoes -- Cold hold/ prep line -- 40.00º F <br />1 D cooler/ dairy -- At the soft serve machine -- 41.00º F Soft serve machine/ milk -- 38.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per manager, she is not aware of the complaint. <br />Facility is not keeping any food on hot hold. Burger is prepared to order. <br />I inspected all coolers on site for temperatures. All coolers are at 41F or below. <br />Hood exhaust fans are working properly and I don't see any accumulation of exhaust at the cook line. AC is turned on at 67F <br />for the front and back of the house. <br />I checked the cooking temperature of burger at the cooking process. It is at 162F. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
