It is unclear if the line is no longer operational or not. Then called <br />209-931-1044, in which I was able to leave a voice mail at this time. In the voice <br />mail I explained my reason for calling and stated that indoor dinning is not allowed <br />at this time. I provided my contact information for the operator to give me a call if <br />necessary. <br />Then called the complainant with the number provided on the complaint form.
