THEY EVEN HAVE A PICTURE OF THE NACHOS ON THEIR MENU ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE <br />TRUCK. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY SELL OFF CHARTER AND AIRPORT ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE. <br />"TRUCK THAT IS SELLING NACHOS IS PR0531060* <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected thynediate Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION — TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />LIC# 8W44518 <br />I was able to located the mobile food operator and stated that a complaint was generated in regards to the operator selling <br />limited preparation food items. I explained that the permit the operator contains is to sell prepackaged food items only, no <br />food preparation must occur on site. I asked if I can conduct an inspection of the mobile food unit in order to verify if the <br />alleged complaint is true. The operator invited me to conducted my inspection and during my inspection, the operator only <br />contains prepackaged ice cream, chips, sodas and bottles of waters at this time. I observed no form of preparation food <br />occurring or evidence of nacho cheese or tortillas chips being used on site. I then asked the operator to show me the menu <br />side, in which no photo of nachos or other prepared food items are present. Photos were taken and a photo log will be <br />developed to be attached to the complaint. <br />Observed no violations at this time.Official inspection report mailed to operator. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
