All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health
and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
the food facility.
OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS
FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP 0 F -- COMMENTS
No Temperature Data Collected
NOTES
I spoke to the manager who was not aware of the complaint.
I spoke to the merchandising manager who also was unaware of the complaint.
Per Merchandising manager the raspberries come to the facility from the Tracy Depot and the temperature is taken of the
product upon receipt.
Raspberries and produce are spot checked every day throughout the day.
I observed pallets where the raspberries are kept for sale.
Raspberries are checked for freshness. I was shown how the "spot checking" process is conducted.
The produce employee began the "spot checking" during this investigation,
one container was observed to have mold and a few containers had juice/moisture coming from the containers and were
"pulled". Per Merchandising manager sometimes these items can be given back for credit. When raspberries are received
from the Depot they are kept either in the "Fresh Produce" walk-in (40F) or they go straight to the
sales floor.
I did not observe raspberries being stored in the "Fresh Produce" walk-in at this time.
FA0001705 C00053412 SC004 02/17/2021
EHD 16-23 Rev. 01/07/2021
Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
