Phase 1 to include construction of a 79,500 square foot storage building. Phase <br /> 2 includes construction of a 38,025 square foot storage building. The purpose of the <br /> expansion in storage space is to eliminate the need to transport bottled wine to offsite storage <br /> locations. The expansion will not add to the production capacity of the winery; located on the <br /> northwest corner of East Jahant Road and North Lower Sacramento Road, Acampo. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> OWNER: Jahant Wood Cellars LP APPLICANT: Mike Smith Engineering, Inc. <br /> ADDRESS: 1525 E. Jahant Road, Acampo APN: 003-140-12 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Areas designated as Zone A and X. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 39.1 <br /> feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Jahant Road has an existing right-of-way of 50 feet(30 feet n/o centerline) and a planned right-of-way <br /> of 60 feet. <br /> Lower Sacramento Road has an existing right-of-way of 82 feet (42 feet w/o centerline) and a planned <br /> right-of-way of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application.
