Phase 1 to include construction of a 79,500- <br /> MANTECA, g y y <br /> RIPON, square-foot storage building. Phase 2 to include construction of a 38,025-square-foot <br /> STOCKTON, storage building. The purpose of the expansion is to eliminate the need to store wine at <br /> TANGY' off site wine storage sites. The expansion is not expected to result in an increase in the <br /> THE COUNTY OF SAN number of employees. There are no changes proposed to the current permitted events <br /> JOAQUIN for the winery. The winery will continue to be accessed from Jahant Road and will <br /> continue to utilize an existing on site well, septic system, and storm drainage. This <br /> parcel is under a Farmland Security contract. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is in the Lodi Airport Influence Area. <br /> SJCOG,as ALUC,finds that this project is compatible with the 2018 San Joaquin County <br /> Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) (littps://www.sico.,,•or.,/ALtJC) <br /> SJCOG would like to provide standards and project design conditions that comply with <br /> the Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan as a reference guide. Note: Jut-isdictions <br /> determine if the following standar-ds and conditions apply to this pt-oject. <br /> 1. New land uses that may cause visual,electronic,or increased bird strike hazards <br /> to aircraft in flight shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. <br /> Specific characteristics to be avoided include: <br /> a. Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport <br /> lights. Reflective materials are not permitted to be used in <br /> structures or signs (excluding traffic directing signs). <br /> b. Sources of dust, steam, or smoke which may impair pilot <br /> visibility. <br /> c. Sources of electrical interference with aircraft communications or <br /> navigation. No transmissions which would interfere with aircraft <br /> radio communications or navigational signals are permitted. <br />
