CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA- 2100050 <br /> FLOOD ROAD RANCH LLC / DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA- 2100050 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on June 8 , 2021 , which is the effective date of approval . This <br /> approval will expire on December 8 , 2022 , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval , <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment . <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ( Contact : [209 ] 468 - 3121 ) <br /> a . APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four ( 4) parcels as shown on the <br /> site plan dated March 19 , 2021 . <br /> b . NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner . Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a Licensed Land Surveyor ( Development Title Section 9 - 872 . 4 ) . <br /> c . WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT : The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" . The " Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete . Filing Fees are required for this application . ( Government Code Section 51257 ) <br /> 2 .
