Al <br />Lodi, CA 95242 <br />RRussell@lodistorage.corn <br />RE: RADIOACTIVE TRACER (RA) SURVEY and STANDARD ANNULAR <br />PRESSURE TEST (SAPT) <br />"LGU WD" 1, Lodi Gas, API #077-20640 <br />"LGU WD" 2, Lodi Gas, API #077-20656 <br />Dear Mr. Russell: <br />As a condition of the Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (Division) injection project <br />permit dated 8/8/2001 for the Lodi Gas Field, Domengine and Midland zones, annual RA Tracer <br />surveys must be run to confirm that injected fluid is confined to the approved zone. Our records <br />indicate that the last RA survey run on these wells was 11/20/2014 and that an SAPT was run on <br />1/20/2011. <br />This is a reminder that the RA Tracer Survey is due 11/20/2015 and the SAPT will be due <br />1/20/2016. CCR Section 1724.100)(4) states: -The appropriate district office shall be notified <br />before such tests/surveys are made, as a Division inspector may witness the operations."
