The manager PEDRAZA <br />accompanied me to inspect the refrigerators where some produce are maintained. <br />There are some cut vegetables that have a label that state keep refrigerated, and <br />whole fruit and produce that are whole. There are some salads kept on the <br />coolers. The salads contain ranch dressing and parmesan cheese. The coolers <br />are maintaining 41 F or below. The salads and other products are maintained at <br />46 F. <br />Nature of the complaint: COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE PRODUCE IN THE <br />REFRIGERATED SECTION IS WARM. THEY ALSO WITNESSED A RAT <br />RUNNING AROUND THE BACK AREA. <br />Store product in a way so that they are maintained at 41 F or below. <br />I looked around the back storage area and did not observe any rodents. <br />Per manager, ecolab service the facility for pest control. <br />51 05. rpt Page 1 of 1
