On 13 May 2020, Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (Central Valley Water Board) staff and GHD (GHD) staff meet via teleconference <br /> to discuss current Site conditions and the path to closure for the Site. <br /> During the meeting, we agreed that GHD would install an additional B zone <br /> groundwater monitoring well to the east-northeast of Site well MW-14, and a nested or <br /> co-located B and C zone well pair north of MW-13 and MW-14, along a transect <br /> between the onsite release point and the down-gradient water supply well "well 10". <br /> Please submit a Work Plan Addendum by 30 July 2020 presenting a scope of work for <br /> installation of the three wells discussed during the 13 May 2020 meeting. <br /> KARL E.
