THEY JUST SWEEP UP THE FECES AND THE MANAGER/OWNER REFUSES TO TAKE CARE <br /> OF THE PROBLEM." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Rodent droppings were observed in the following locations this date: to the right side of the Pepsi <br /> reach-in cooler, under the front counter in the cabinets(right hand side cabinets), on the floor under the pizza box shelving <br /> by the restroom and on the floor behind the walk-in cooler). <br /> Immediately clean up all rodent droppings,then clean and sanitize the affected areas. <br /> If droppings are observed on food contact surfaces(not observed this date), clean and sanitize the food contact surfaces <br /> immediately prior to contact with food. <br /> Monitor areas daily for new activity. Manger states that the facility has monthly pest control service from Clark Pest Control (observed service <br /> reports dated 5-24-21, 6-17-21 and 7-20-21). One juvenile rat was captured on 7-20-21.
