Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Pool and spa remodel inspection <br />Verified hand rails, depth and no diving tiles, trim tile on steps and spa bench, drain covers. <br />pool- main drain-aquastar channel drain with a 3 inch field manufactured sump. 3 skimmers- for each skimmer one aquastar <br />channel drain will be installed with a 3 inch field manufactured sump. <br />spa- Main drain- aquastar A8R covers, sumpless. jet suction- aquastarA8R covers. One skimmer with split equalizer lines- <br />aquastar A8R covers. <br />Submit the ab1020 form when the project is completed. <br />Ok to plaster, Plaster must be white. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
