BOX 340 <br />French Camp, CA 95231 <br />RE: Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br />7707 South Ash Street, French Camp <br />APN 193-100-13, SR0081560 <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Jasjit Kang, RENS, Director <br />Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Michael Kith, REHS <br />Melissa Nissim, REHS <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed the Soil <br />Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated December 20, 2019 and the addendum dated September 25, <br />2020, and has determined that the reports meet the minimum requirements of the San Joaquin <br />County Development Title, Chapter 9-1105.2(d) with the followings conditions: <br />1. The pressure distribution leachfield is required instead of gravity flow, which can allow an <br />additional 20% to 30% increase in nitrogen removal within the dispersal field and soil <br />environment. <br />2. The septic tank is required to be 1,600 gallons. <br />3. The soil cover is required to be no deeper than 6 inches. <br />4. The filter bed is to be constructed with either 720 square feet with 18 inches of rocks and <br />pipes or 360 square feet with 36 inches of rocks and pipes.
