SHe is aware of the FAHMY <br />complaint. She stated thar the customer walked in without wearing a mask. She <br />asked him to wear one or she can use the drive thru service for his order. He got <br />upset and walked out of the facility. He came back again wearing a mask and <br />asked about higher management number to speak with. Store manager wanted to <br />give him the hotline number but she was not able to and instead she gave him the <br />number on the receipt. Customer got more upset. <br />By asking the manager if all staff are wearing masks, she confirmed that they are <br />complying with the State updated order that mandates wearing masks at all times <br />during operating hours. <br />Abated By: <br />5105. rpt <br /> Page 1 of 1
