She referred me to Officer <br />Steve Thomas. <br />Called Officer Steve Thomas (CDD), 209-468-8396 for a possible joint <br />investigation. Steve Thomas said he has not gone out to this property, but will be <br />going Monday, 2-10-2020. I let him know I will not be available for joint inspection <br />on that day since I am scheduled to cover Emergency Response. Steve Thomas <br />said he will report his findings to me. <br />02/18/2020 Emailed Steve Thomas (CDD) at: sbthomas@sjgov.org to discuss his complaint MURO <br />investigation findings. <br />02/19/2020 Received email response from Officer Steve Thomas (CDD). Steve reported that MURO <br />he did not observe any violations for CDD or EHD. On his end the trailer is gone, <br />there are 3 cars that could be inoperable and may belong to other lot. Steve <br />forwarded the cars to the Sheriffs and they will go out and tag them. <br />06/01/2020 Reviewed complaint and email from Steve Thomas (CDD) on 02/19/20. Steve <br />indicated that he did not observe any of the allegations pertaining to CDD or EHD. <br />Based Steve Thomas' findings, I will not be visiting the residence and will be <br />abating this complaint. <br />Note: I have been to this residence in response to two previous complaints from <br />the same complainant with Code Enforcement Officer Marcel Mann (CDD). Both <br />CDD and EHD were unable to verify complaint. <br />MURO <br />03/15/2021 Printed emails from Officer Steve Thomas (CDD) indicating he did not observe MURO <br />Code or Environmental Health violations. <br />03/16/2021 Reviewed narratives for two prior complaint site investigations against the same MURO <br />address, by the same complainant: <br />000049945 Received on 6-11-19 and C00047851 Received on 12-3-18.
