Nobody answered the door. Only <br />one car in front of house. No oily staining in front of house. No evidence that an <br />auto business is being operated at the property. Several vehicles observed in <br />backyard. Vehicles appeared to be parked and not in the process of being <br />repaired. Left business card and HHW brochure at front door. <br />Called Aldo Gallegos (Property Owner) at 209-623-5678. Discussed complaint. <br />Aldo Gallegos said he does not run an automotive repair business. He said that <br />he only works on his own cars or his kids cars. He has eleven kids and they live <br />with him. He said he takes his waste automotive fluids to Jiffy Lube. <br />Wrote hazardous waste at a residence letter and put on shelf to be mailed to <br />property owner. <br />Abated complaint as 08-Unable to verify alleged complaint.
