Road Maintenance to determine if the drums are on private <br />property or in County jurisdiction. Received an email from Brian Closs of Public <br />Works Road Maintenance stating the drums are on the private property, and the <br />label on the blue plastic drum indicates that the contents of the drum may have <br />something to do with cappuccino/coffee. Brian provided photos of the drums and <br />drum label. <br />Also received photos of the drum and drum label from the complainant. <br />Discussed complaint with Elena Manzo. <br />Called and spoke to the tenant/property owner, Cindi (209-662-4422), and notified <br />her that the drums could not be picked up for disposal by the County because the <br />drums are on her private property and not in the County's jurisdiction. Explained to <br />Cindi that she can call the San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste <br />facility to find out if they will accept the abandoned drums for disposal, or she may <br />hire an environmental clean-up company to pick up and properly dispose of the <br />drums for her. Cindi understood. Emailed Cindi (cindiwhat09@hotmail.com) the <br />Household Hazardous Waste facility brochure and a list of environmental clean-up <br />companies. <br />03/09/2021 Generated abandoned container letter. Emailed the letter to Cindi, tenant/property FLORIDO <br />owner (cindiwhat09@hotmail.com). Provided a copy to office assistant to mail to <br />the property owner. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
