Please see the response I got back below. Once we complete the <br />analytical and have the documents we will send them over <br />Hi Paul, <br />Not yet — we are waiting on profile approval to Crosby & Overton for the used oil (Non-RCRA regulated, waste code 221) <br />and are waiting on fish bio-assay results to confirm non-haz classification for the oily solids. Attached is the initial <br />analytical report for the solids which only shows an exceedance for Diesel Range Organics. <br />3
