AMERICAN INTEGRATED SERVICES EN <br />ROUTE TO CONDUCT CLEAN-UP. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS / ORDER: <br />Submit copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records to the EHD. <br />Within 30 days, or retain copies of hazardous waste manifests/disposal records associated with this spill clean-up at <br />the UPRR facility at 833 E 8th St in Stockton for the EHD to review during the facility's next routine hazardous waste <br />inspection. <br />Other Correction <br />Submit a copy of the sample analytical associated with this spill clean-up, and a hazardous waste determination for all <br />waste generated from this spill cleanup, to the EHD, prior to disposal of the waste. <br />COST RECOVERY: All EHD time associated with this Spill Response is billed to the responsible party at the current hourly <br />rate.
