Spoke with complainant. (C) stated there is a HENRY <br />puddle of oil in the gutter beside a white older truck on the side of the road. The oil <br />is not moving or impacting stormdrain. He is not sure if the truck is running or <br />not. It has been parked there for a while. (C) does not know if anyone lives in the <br />truck. Based on all of the information provided, it was decided this was not an <br />afterhours emergency and the investigation could wait until tomorrow morning. <br />03/03/2021 Received and discussed complaint regarding a white truck at 2250 Mistletoe Ave FLORIDO <br />in Stockton leaking oil into the gutter, with Michelle Henry, Ld Sr REHS. <br />Visited site and observed the white truck, oil staining in the street, and what <br />appeared to be water with a rainbow sheen in the gutter. The truck's registration <br />tags are current: Nov. 2021. No storm drains were observed in the area. Took <br />photos. Left site for EHD. <br />03/03/2021 Downloaded photos FLORIDO <br />03/03/2021 Emailed Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, and Michelle Henry an update on this FLORIDO <br />complaint. Discussed complaint further with Elena and Michelle. <br />03/03/2021 Referred complaint to Roy Valadez (Public Works Stormwater), Justin Padilla FLORIDO <br />(Public Works Stormwater), and Brian Closs (Public Works) via email for further <br />investigation. <br />03/04/2021 Received an email from Brian Closs stating: "The crew has completed cleanup. <br />While working on site, the owner of the vehicle came out and the supervisor for <br />the crew spoke to them. The owner said that the material leaking was antifreeze. <br />The owner tried to cleanup the mess by diluting the spill with water. <br />Do you have any information on the name / address of the vehicle owner?" <br />Emailed Brian stating I don't have the owner information since I didn't make <br />contact with the owner during my site visit.
