There were no drain inlets <br />near the spill site. <br />County Environmental Health employee was on scene and documented conditions with photographs <br />County Environmental Health notified County Public Works via email of incident after 4:30 pm <br />County Road Maintenance assigned cleanup crew the next day to assess, document, and abate spill <br />Cleanup crew arrived on scene, found spill site, documented conditions with photographs as abatement efforts <br />were made <br />Estimate of 1 gallon of suspected antifreeze was mixed with debris in gutter. Cleanup crew scooped out materials <br />in the gutter and then applied absorbent material to gutter area <br />Cleanup crew swept up absorbent material, completing abatement <br />Road Maintenance employee abated site by placing materials into secondary containment <br />Road Maintenance employee safely removed materials, eliminating further risk to risk to environment, waterways, <br />human and safety <br />Materials safely transported to County HHW facility for proper disposal <br />This is in reference to the Problem on Right of Way Abatement you submitted on 03/04/2021 06:50 AM <br />Location: 2250 E MISTLETOE AV, STOCKTON, CA, 95205 <br />Description: Report received from Elianna Florido at EHD re possible release of used oil into curb along and in front of <br />2250 E Mistletoe Ave. Please respond (BC). <br />We are committed to providing you the best service we can.
