I looked up SAEED <br />the property owner mailing info and print the report to be mailed to the facility and <br />property owner. <br />02/01/2021 Fixed complaint city location and placed map coordinates in Envision Connect. FLORIDO <br />02/10/2021 Completed the Emergency Response Records. Had technical issue syncing ECR. SAEED <br />completed some of the fields by hand. <br />Printed the complaint form, narratives, spill report, prop 65, and the generic <br />report. <br />02/10/2021 Emailed Haza Saeed, Ld Sr REHS, the copy of the Prop 65, and copy of the Cal FLORIDO <br />OES spill report and update, per his 2/10/21 email request so that he may abate <br />the complaint. <br />02/26/2021 Received the incident investigation report from Richard Warlich on 02/05/21. I <br /> <br />SAEED <br />reviewed and printed a copy for the report. I printed the narrative.
