Dispatcher at SJC GH stated GAITAN <br />that there was a fire at a Panda Express located on 10370 Trinity Parkway, <br />Stockton Ca 95219. Gave me the contact information for Shelia from Stockton <br />Fire Department. Contacted Shelia. Sheila stated that the fire was put out and that <br />Stockton fire has already left the site. She gave me the contact information for the <br />General Manager of the store, Kimberly Alvarado. (209) 298-1159. <br />Left a voicennail for Kimberly. Contacted Garrett Backus (Lead Senior REHS) <br />there discussed complaint. <br />Received call from Kimberly, notified her that I was on my way to the restaurant. <br />She stated that she will be waiting for me. <br />10:26 pm Met with Kimberly and Sherri Pat, Lead cook. Sherri stated that fire was <br />started from an unattended wok grill. Kimberly stated that the fire was put out in 7 <br />minutes, when the Ansul system engaged. Sherri tossed all food that were <br />exposed or potentially exposed to the fire. I observed that power was in working <br />condition. Kimberly, GM, stated that power was not affected by the fire. <br />I checked the temperature for freezer and walk-in refrigerator. Freezer read <br />temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit and walk-in fridge read temperature of 34 <br />degrees Fahrenheit. <br />Kimberly gave me a copy of a work order for Ansul system recharge. Kimberly <br />contacted Edison Fire Protection. Stated that ETA is around 2:15pm and she is <br />currently working on getting them to arrive sooner. Kimberly also stated that <br />Edison Fire will be cleaning the grease trap above the wok grill and will either be <br />cleaning or replacing the wok burner. <br />Contacted Garrett Backus (Lead Senior REHS), discussed complaint. Filled out <br />food official inspection report and reviewed report with Kimberly. Gave her a copy <br />of the report. <br />Left site 11:24am. <br />05/26/2020 Discussed complaint with Vidal Pedraza (Lead Senior REHS) and Stephanie GAITAN <br />Ramirez (REHS). Based on discussion I generated a complaint number. Sent <br />copy of report and complaint number to Jeff Carruesco (Program Coordinator) and <br />Vidal. <br />05/26/2020 Generated photo log.
