The complaint states that the dumpster is overfilled with garbage and has a bad odor. A site <br />visit was conducted on September 29, 2020. The results of the site visit revealed an accumulation of <br />solid waste in an overfilled dumpster and a bad odor. This is a violation of the San Joaquin County <br />Ordinance Code: <br />Title 5, Chapter 4, Section 5-2400; Accumulation of refuse, waste, and filth is prohibited <br />Title 5, Chapter 4, Section 5-2403; Frequency of Service <br />It is also a violation of Title 14 California Code of Regulation (T14 CCR): <br />T14CCR, Section 17312; Container required <br />T14CCR, Section 17331; Frequency of removal <br />Effective immediately remove all unauthorized solid waste from this location to an approved disposal <br />site or an authorized recycling facility by October 6, 2020 and provide documentation of disposal <br />(receipts).
