Complaint Investigation Summary <br /> Report #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00053135 Site Location: 1121 S ANABELLE LN <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />02/11/2021 I was informed by the Housing Unit that the property owner contacted EHD. The SINGH <br />owner mentioned more dumpsters have been added to the facility and the <br />frequency of service has been increased. Owner information: <br />Golden Management - Edith <br />626-575-3070 ext. 258 <br />I called Republic Services and spoke with Alexa. Alexa stated the garbage pickup <br />is scheduled for once a week, on Fridays. She also stated the pickup is for 3 <br />dumpsters. I asked whether the property owner has requested more dumpsters. <br />Alexa stated she doesn't see anything documented about adding dumpsters. <br />After the reinspection, I called Edith. Edith stated that there are more dumpsters at <br />the site and the frequency of waste removal has increased. I informed Edith that I <br />was just at the site and there is no difference than before. Edith transferred me to <br />Jonathon, Accounts Payable. Jonathon gave me the same information as Edith. <br />Jonathon stated he will contact Republic Services and then contact me. I asked <br />Jonathon for an invoice that shows he requested additional dumpsters and an <br />increase in frequency of waste pickup. <br />Created photolog and completed OIR Updated complaint. <br />02/16/2021 Received a call from Jonathan. He mentioned that he received the Office Hearing SINGH <br />Letter. He stated the frequency of the waste pick up has been increased today, <br />after he obtained permission from upper management. He will provide <br />confirmation code from Republic Services to the EHD. <br />02/17/2021 Received an email from Jonathan with an invoice from Republic Services. SINGH <br />Reviewed document. <br />Received a voicemail from Jonathan indicating he has emailed an invoice for an <br />increase in frequency of waste pick up and he wants to know if it is satisfactory. <br />02/18/2021 Called Republic Services to verify the increase of frequency of waste pickup. I <br />spoke with Christina, Customer Service Rep., whom verified an increase in waste <br />pickup. <br />I emailed Jonathan to inform him that the complaint will be abated. <br />Received correspondence from Edith. <br />02/18/2021 1121 Anabelle Ln, Stockton - Reinspection. All 3 dumpsters were empty. The <br />deteriorated dumpster has been replaced. <br />Note: Multiple complaints conducted on this day, traveling time varied. <br />SINGH <br />SINGH <br />02/18/2021 Called Republic Services and spoke with Nancy. Nancy verified that the frequency SINGH <br />of waste removal from the property has been increased to twice a week (Tuesday <br />& Friday). <br />I received a voicemail from Jonathan. I returned his call but was unable to leave a <br />message due to his voicemail being full. <br />I created a photolog and completed an OIR. Emailed Jonathan to inform him that <br />the complain will be abated. <br />03/03/2021 Received notification that the certified mail was received. Updated complaint.
