<br />land conveyed to Morris Kessel and wife, by Deed recorded February 27, 1946 in Book of Official Records, Vol. 981, Page 38, San
<br />Joaquin County Records, and the true point of beginning of the land to be described herein, thence continuing on the same course and
<br />bearing a distance of 397.55 feet, more or less to an iron pipe on the South bank of Old Mormon Slough and the Southeast corner of

<br />parallel to the South line of Main Street, 141.8 feet, more or less, to a point of the West line of the Parcel of land conveyed to Edythe
<br />French, by deed recorded September 8, 1925 in Book of Official Records, Vol. 100, Page 325, San Joaquin County Records; thence
<br />North along the West line of said French land, 90 feet to the South line of Main Street; thence along the South line of Main Street,
