Weber's Grant, El Rancho del Campo de los Franceses, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a steel axle in the South line of East Main Street bearing South 730 02' 30" West, 2418 feet from an iron pipe at the <br />Northwest corner of San Joaquin County Survey No. 2876; thence South 18° 05' East 90 feet to the Southwest corner of the parcel of <br />land conveyed to Morris Kessel and wife, by Deed recorded February 27, 1946 in Book of Official Records, Vol. 981, Page 38, San <br />Joaquin County Records, and the true point of beginning of the land to be described herein, thence continuing on the same course and <br />bearing a distance of 397.55 feet, more or less to an iron pipe on the South bank of Old Mormon Slough and the Southeast corner of <br />land conveyed to Ray R.
