To correct the <br />violation listed above, solid waste must be contained in a container with a tight fitting lid, removed and disposed at an <br />approved disposal facility at least once per week (every 7 days). All public health violations must be corrected <br />immediately. <br />If further complaints are received, an investigation will be made which may result in legal action being taken at a rate of <br />$152.00 an hour.
