All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Pool remodel <br />Follow this requirements in addition to the scope of work to be done. <br />3112B.3 The overhang for either bull-nosed coping or cantilevered decking shall not exceed 2 inches (51 mm) or be less than <br />1 inch (25 mm) and shall not exceed 2 ½ inches (64 mm) in thickness. <br />Hand rails must be 28 inches to 36 inches from every step and the deck to the top of the handrail. <br />Steps must meet 3311B.3 of Title 24. <br />Ladder steps must meet 3111B.4 of Title 24 <br />Ok to plaster. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
