COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE EMPLOYEE WAS GRABBING THE CHEDDAR CHEESE <br />AND PLACING IT ON THE TACOS THEN SWITCHING OVER TO THE FRYING STATION. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke with the District Manager who was aware of the compliant prior to my investigation. <br />Per the District manager the issue was addressed with the manager and the manager addressed the issue with employees. <br />Per the District manager, the manager went over the hand washing and glove use procedures. <br />Gloves are to be worn and are to be changed when there is a change of task or when contamination occurs. <br />I also observed hand washing timers. <br />Hands are to be washed at a minimum of one time per hour if there is not a change in task. <br />I observed employee that was actively preparing food, prepare a taco. <br />Gloves were worn during the procedure. <br />Signature not captured due to COVID <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
