BEFORE THE BOARD OF PERVISORS <br /> OF THE COUNTY OF JOAQUIN, APV� <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA Loam ¢40 <br /> R-03-210 �1�D,,,1 <br /> a�m <br /> e�tQopt. <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEALS BY SAN JOAQUIN FARM BUREAU FEDERATION AND <br /> THE SIERRA CLUB AND OFPHOLDING THE PLANNING USE PERMIT NO UP-00-7 OFOFORWARD INC CERTIFICATION OF <br /> ER-00-2 AND APPROVAL O <br /> WHEREAS, on February 6, 2003, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter, and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 11, 2003 and April 8, 2003 , this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br /> public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral <br /> and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br /> Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that said appeal, be <br /> _ and it hereby is, denied and upholding the Planning Commission's certification of ER-00-2 and <br /> approval of Use Permit No. UP-00-7. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this a day of April , 2002 by the following vote of the Board of <br /> Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: ORNELLAS, MOW, SIEGLOCK <br /> NOES: GUTIERREZ, MARENCO <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> JACK A.
