The water truck did not begin until 6:15 am. The water truck operations
should begin prior to facility opening. The facility should consider watering roads prior to closing. The moisture would help supress the dust
first thing the next morning until the water truck can begin operations.
v i , , ' i. .r„.-_ . ” h1 " U :.: ; 7 dl B "5, ? „`:`'x'tl "° k "2i ti ,\ I tirr 'ti-"" ... 7 i t• i tl J -Ya 7 . `MI 4V wY ` kv' t . k. ,ti'.
,"tY,A
InspectigrtFttporthC►aa
T 27 CCR - 20939 (b) (1) - Sub -surface Landfill Gas Control System; The sample results have been reviewed by CIWMB staff Todd Thalhamer.
