The following was noted: <br />A. The tipper located to the west has a leaky hydrolic ram. The ram was leaking oil on to the soil below the tipper. Properly repair and maintain the <br />tipper to reduce the amount of oil released. <br />B. The Area of Concern for T27CCR 20939 (b)(1) has been resolved. The analytical results indicate that there are no current sub -surface fires at <br />Forward Inc. Landfill. <br />C. The facility has submitted a permit to install 2 perimeter gas probes. The installation of the gas probes will bring Forward Inc Landfill into compliance <br />with the Title 27, CCR, Section 20925. <br />D. The following gas perimeter gas probes were monitored during the inspection: <br />GP 9 (s)(i)(d) 0.0% CH4 <br />GP 11 (s)(i)(d) 0.0% CH4 <br />GP 12 (s)(i)(d) 0.0% CH4 <br />
