Austin Road <br />Robert McClellon <br />I THE ABOVE FACILDV WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) I <br />Routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The facility installed 2 permiter gas probes. One of the wells was installed between GP16 and GP17. The well was triple completion. The other <br />probes was installed between GP24 and GP25. That well was double completion. The site meets the minimum requirements of T27CCR, section <br />20925. <br />2. The facility needs to submit the winterization plan for the upcoming winter season. The plan needs to be submitted by Nov. 1, 2009. <br />3. The perimeter gas probes were sampled. The results are as follows: <br />GP 9 and GP12 0.0% CH4 (S)(1)(D) <br />GP11 (S) 0.0% CH4 (1) 0.0% CH4 (D) 0.2%CH4 <br />4. The down drains on the north slope of the old Austin Road site have debris in them. Remove. <br />
