Austin Road <br />` <br />. _.. <br />Robert McClelion <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FON COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION M OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 1/ AND TITLE U CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />NI <br />X 20580 -Lighting <br />Comments: The site was using two light towers during the inspection. The light level at the work face was minimal. Provide additonal light <br />towers at the working face. <br />A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Cover used during the previous day was TASW, soil and Tarp "o" matic. <br />2. Hard hats not being worn by drivers for BND and Vito Trucking. <br />3. Perimeter monitoring probes not sampled this inspection. The gas monitor was in for repair. <br />4. There were two areas of ponding on the old Forward site. The ponding was being addressed at the time of inspection. <br />
