Austin Road <br />Robert McClellon Kevin Taylor <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 300E THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />x <br />Ila'�1 I i a, <br />t <br />A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted. <br />No Violations or Aeas of Concern <br />Notes: <br />1. Some drivers due to the cold weather were wearing coats over their reflective safety vests or shirts. Make sure all drivers are know that they must <br />wear the safety vest on the outside of any coat or winter wear. <br />2. The old Forward site has several areas for potential ponding. The benchs in the Waste Management Unit B have setteled and now have low spots. <br />The top deck that is currently at final elevation has several areas that would allow water to collect. Properly grade these areas to promote run-off. <br />3.
