Austin Road <br />Inspector Also Present (Name) <br />Robert McClellon <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />V A Regulations <br />X 20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces <br />Comments: There was significant ponding on the old Forward site. The ponding was occuring on the lower bench area on the south side of <br />the fill. This was listed as a note on the previous inspection report. Properly grade the areas to promote runoff. If this is not corrected by the <br />next inspection it will be documented as a violation. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />A routine inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. A lighting tower was facing east. The light was being directed into the approaching aircraft flight path that use the Stockton Metropolitain Airport. All <br />light towers must be placed so that they face either north or west. Correct immediately. <br />2. The perimeter gas probes GP9, GP11 and GP12 were monitored during the inspection. There was no measureable concentration of methane <br />recorded during the inspection. <br />
