EA condition 17 (s) states 11 The pre-processed treated auto shredder waste must be deployed in a manner <br />that does not allow the mixing of the cover and the waste. The pre-processed treated auto shredder waste <br />cannot be used during rainy weather or anticipated rainy weather." <br />P. The operator shall compy with all terms and conditons of the permit. <br />X <br />20680 - Daily Cover <br />Comments: Waste is exposed. There is gap between tarps used as ADC. <br />- All waste must be completely covered at the end of each operating day. <br />X <br />20690 - Alternative Daily Cover <br />Comments: There is a big tear in the tarp used as ADC. The tear in the tarp exposes the waste. <br />- Repair or replace tarp. Ensure that tarps used as ADC shall meet the performance stardard. <br />X <br />20760 - Nuisance Control <br />Comments: Mud from the facility is tracked onto the adjacent road. At time of inspection, there is mud on the <br />road; there is no device that removes mud form the vehicle prior to leaving the facility; and the street sweeper is <br />deployed. <br />Provide adequate mud control during wet weather. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />1.
