Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #15 Operation Records <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The test log has a column that states what the water level was adjusted to if it was out of compliance. <br /> That column has never been filled out when the water levels were out of range. Always fill out the log completely. Correct <br /> today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual,pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br /> Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br /> necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br /> for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. Provide in 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. Employee states the light has been disconnected.
