(Pangea) has prepared this
Soil Assessment Report (Report) for the subject site. The additional site assessment was completed in
accordance with the Workplan for Additional Assessment and Sensitive Receptor Survey (Workplan)
dated January 27, 2017 and approved in a letter from San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department (SJCEHD) dated February 13, 2017. This additional site assessment was performed to
evaluate the area around boring B-1 for the possibility of a former waste oil tank and potential second
source area. This report also discusses review of GAMA water well records with respect to the agency
letter of February 13, 2017.
To comply with permit requirements, this report will be submitted to the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD). Pangea understands that the SJCEHD and Regional Water
Quality Control Board will review this information to determine if additional action is required before
issuance of regulatory case closure.
