Workplan for Additional Assessment and Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> Tracy Office Plaza <br /> 324 E. 11th Street,Tracy,CA <br /> January 27,2017 <br /> Consistent with SJCEHD regulatory guidance,select soil samples will be analyzed for the following: <br /> *Total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline(TPHg),benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,xylenes(BTEX),and <br /> naphthalene by EPA Method 826013; <br /> *Total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel(TPHd)by EPA Method 8015M; <br /> eVolatile organic compounds(VOCs)by EPA Method 826013; <br /> *Heavy metals by EPA Method 6010B for most of the metals and by EPA Method 7062 for antimony and <br /> arsenic, EPA Method 7131 for cadmium, EPA Method 7421 for lead, EPA Method 7471A for <br /> mercury, EPA Method 7521 for nickel,EPA Method 7742 for selenium,and EPA Method 7841 for <br /> thallium; <br /> *Semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)by EPA Method 8270C; <br /> *Oil and grease by EPA Method 1664A;and <br /> *Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)by EPA Method 8082. <br /> If pentachlorophenol(PCP)is detected in the analysis for PCBs,the sample will be analyzed for dioxins and <br /> furans by EPA Method 8290 and for pesticides by EPA Method 8081 A. <br /> Task 3—Waste Management and Disposal <br /> Soil cuttings and other investigation-derived waste will be stored onsite in Department of Transportation <br /> (DOT)-approved 55-gallon drums. The drums and their contents will be held onsite pending laboratory <br /> analytical results. Upon receipt of the analytical reports, the waste will be transported to an appropriate <br /> disposal/recycling facility. <br /> Task 4— Report Preparation <br /> Upon completion of assessment activities,Pangea will prepare a technical report.The report will describe the <br /> investigation activities,present tabulated analytical data,and offer conclusions and recommendations. <br /> 4 <br />
