Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Subject: Well Permit Application <br /> 1819 South Argonaut Street, Stockton,CA 95206 <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> On behalf of John Taylor Fertilizers a wholly owned subsidiary of Wilbur Ellis, LLC, Geosyntec <br /> is planning to complete 13 groundwater monitoring and remediation wells at 1819 South <br /> Argonaut Street in Stockton, CA 95206. Please find the enclosed well permit application <br /> package. The selected driller, Gregg Drilling of Martinez, CA, is a C-57 certified environmental <br /> driller. Wells will be installed at total depths between 30 and 80 feet bgs. Planned wells include <br /> 3 shallow monitoring wells to approximately 30 feet bgs and 10 deeper wells (2 extraction wells, <br /> 5 injection wells, and 3 monitoring wells) to approximately 80 feet bgs. Wells will be installed <br /> using rotosonic methodology. Included in this application package are the following: <br /> • Well Permit Application (Attachment 1); <br /> • Scope of Work Excerpt from Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board- <br /> approved Removal Action Workplan(RAW) submitted on (Attachment 2); <br /> • Site Plan and Limits of Work with Proposed Well Locations (Attachment 3); <br /> • RWQCB Approval Letter approving the work to begin (Attachment 4); and <br /> • Check number 1090 in the amount of$1,112.00 <br /> This work is tentatively scheduled to start on 16 June 2017 and should be completed in three <br /> weeks. The wells will be installed per the Department of Water Resources Well Bulletin 74-81 <br /> and 74-90.
