All violations must be connected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (rdle 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Labels faded. Relabel all signs <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 31208) <br />#8 Pool and Deck Lighting <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool light not functional. Repair and until then post "No Swimming After Dark" sign. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION. Pools used at night shall be equipped with underwater light fixtures that provide complete illumination of the <br />pool. When a pool is used at night, pool deck and emergency egress areas shall be provided with lighting. If underwater or deck lighting is <br />not operational, the pool operatorshall post a sign in 4 -inch letters stating "NO USE OF POOL ALLOWED AFTER DARK" and shall <br />secure the pool area and not permit any use of the pool after dark. (31158) <br />#15 Operation Records 11 1 <br />OBSERVATIONS: Unable to review pool log. Maintain and retain daily pool log on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanunc acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request (CCR 65523) <br />#18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Algae growth on pool shell. Remove. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 31088) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Debris in skimmer. Clean <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All pans of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
