The second set will be installed with your approval,
also on Caltrans property with Caltrans' permission. The rainy season is soon upon us, so we expect that surface
conditions will allow the installation of the Phase 11 wells in the spring.
In order to speed this work and based on my belief that the Phase 11 locations will be found acceptable to RWQCB
staff, we submitted application for encroachment onto Caltrans property on January 12, 2012 and for well drilling
permits to San Joaquin County Environmental Health on January 18, 2012.
Please call me with any questions at (209) 468-8504.
Sincerely,
W.
