Final CQA documentation The Discharger shall submit a Final CQA 1 November 2013 Documentation Report containing all.reports submitted concerning the placement of the cover extension containment system. This report shall include at an minimum all documentation required under Title 27 §20324(4)(1), and shall show that the landfill cover extension was constructed as required by this Order. In addition to technical reports required by the WDRs, the WDRs include a Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP), which contains specified monitoring and reporting requirements for you to implement. This MRP may be different than the MRP in our previous WDRs. Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish the appropriate sampling schedule. You should immediately begin monitoring following the new MRP. To conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the order has been sent only to the Discharger.
