Final CQA documentation <br /> The Discharger shall submit a Final CQA 1 November 2013 <br /> Documentation Report containing all.reports <br /> submitted concerning the placement of the cover <br /> extension containment system. This report shall <br /> include at an minimum all documentation required <br /> under Title 27 §20324(4)(1), and shall show that the <br /> landfill cover extension was constructed as required <br /> by this Order. <br /> In addition to technical reports required by the WDRs, the WDRs include a Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program (MRP), which contains specified monitoring and reporting requirements for you to <br /> implement. This MRP may be different than the MRP in our previous WDRs. Please review the MRP <br /> closely so that you may establish the appropriate sampling schedule. You should immediately begin <br /> monitoring following the new MRP. <br /> To conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the order has been sent only to the <br /> Discharger. The full text of this order is available on the Central Valley Water Board's web site at <br /> www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board decisions/adopted_orders/ under San Joaquin County. <br /> Anyone without access to the Internet who needs a paper copy of the order can obtain one by calling <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff listed below. <br /> If you have any questions about making changes to your permitted operations, please contact Vinoo <br /> Jain at (916) 464-4815 or vkiainOwaterboards.ca.aov.
