I send this because <br /> these issues could easily impact the cost of future projects,and our misunderstanding could have been <br /> costly for the Corral Hollow bid. <br /> I understand that a C-57 license is not required to drill landfill gas extraction wells. A C-57 license is <br /> needed for groundwater wells, perimeter migration monitoring wells/probes. <br /> Secondly,on the issue of the historic ash residue that we will likely find at Corral Hollow, ash residue <br /> excavated for any reason may not be used at the site, even if placed under the closure cap.
