The City will be responsible for all
necessary filing fees and requirements.
This transmittal is to interpret a few items on the drawings. If you have any questions please give me
a call.
First, the fountain is intended for visual and visual/recreational use. It is not a `splash park'. It will
have bromide treatment and all proper sewer connections and make up water.
The bathrooms are existing and are within 200' from the fountain. The shower is directly behind the
bathrooms (shown on LI.3) and is also within the 200' range. Due to the sanitary connection and site
design issues it made the most sense to locate it where it is shown.
Drinking fountains are not in proximity to the fountain but in other locations around the park.
Please give us a call if you have any questions or need any additional information.
Conrad Driscoll
KLA, Inc.
151 N.
