Toss and replace any damaged utensil. <br /> Ice bin at waitress station lacks lid. Provide by 2 weeks. <br /> Ice machine has black mold. Ice scoop's handle is not clean. Clean/sanitize by 1-5 days. <br /> Ice scoop at waitress station is stored in dirty container. Container shall be washed daily. <br /> Soda nozzles and bar's gun nozzles are not clean.
